Job summary

Fest Enterprise Oil Pte Ltd is seeking a Laboratory Technician to follow testing protocols for petroleum products and support ongoing lab operations in Singapore. You will assist with test analysis, formulation adjustments, and ensure proper storage of reagents while maintaining lab safety and cleanliness.

The role emphasizes meticulous work, independence, and reliable collaboration with the lab team to meet quality parameters and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Follow laboratory protocol, carry out testing of petroleum products.
• Assist in test analysis and formulation adjustment directed by the lab manager.
• Support and maintain the laboratory operations.
• Ensure incoming blending components and finished products meet the quality parameters.
• Ensure all chemicals and reagents properly stored and labelled.
• Keep the lab cleanliness at all time and clean equipment after each use.
• Comply with all laboratory safety procedures, company policies, and environmental regulations.
• Perform standard quality checks and yearly calibration.
• Perfom any tasks assigned by the management.

Requirements

• ITE, NITEC diploma/ Degree in Chemistry or related discipline.
• Meticulous, able to work independently.
• Good personality and good interpersonal skills.
• Ability to think on the feet and react promptly to resolve any unforeseen situations.
• Working experience in the related industry is not required but an advantage.
