Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd seeks a laboratory support professional in Buona Vista for a 1-year contract. You will complete and review work, coordinate workload with the team, and ensure quality and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Min Diploma in Applied Chemistry/Perfumery and Cosmetic Sciences/Chemical Engineering.
• Quality systems knowledge and SOP adherence are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete and review work assignments, adjust workload with the team.
• Mentor and cross-train staff with standardized training and documentation.
• Implement quality management systems to ensure SOPs, safety and quality requirements are met.
• Participate in cost, quality, and efficiency improvement initiatives driven by the Team Lead.
• Coordinate and ensure timely calibration of laboratory equipment.
• Maintain good laboratory housekeeping with the team.
• Prepare for odor evaluations.
• Maintain End-to-End (E2E) service of material management.
• Support the shipping of compounded materials with complete shipping documents.
