Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Buona Vista, Singapore, is seeking a Materials Assistant on a 1-year contract to support raw material management for Flavour & Fragrance R&D laboratory operations. The role includes material ordering, receiving, labeling and sampling, plus maintaining end-to-end material control.

You will prepare materials for odour evaluations, coordinate calibration of lab equipment and assist with shipment documentation while upholding housekeeping and SOP, cGMP, safety and quality

Qualifications

• Min. diploma in Applied Chemistry, Perfumery & Cosmetic Sciences or Chemical Engineering.
• Knowledge of good laboratory practices / cGMP advantageous.
• Meticulous and comfortable with material handling and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Support raw material management for Flavour & Fragrance R&D laboratory operations.
• Handle material ordering, receiving, labelling and sampling.
• Maintain end-to-end material management activities.
• Prepare materials for odour evaluations.
• Coordinate calibration of laboratory equipment.
• Support shipment of compounded materials and shipping documentation.
• Maintain laboratory housekeeping and comply with SOP, cGMP, safety and quality requirements.
