Job summary

You will support ad‑hoc analytical services, participate in safety and quality initiatives, and contribute to continuous improvement projects within a global leader in industrial gases.

Qualifications

• Diploma or ITE in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience operating and maintaining analytical instrumentation.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems and ISO standards.
• Excellent communication skills for interaction with internal teams and customers.
• Demonstrated troubleshooting abilities to identify and resolve issues.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Analyze gas and liquid samples independently according to written procedures and customer specs.
• Perform calibrations and work safely following safety requirements.
• Support off-site or ad-hoc analytical services when required.
• Participate in safety/quality committees or projects as instructed by supervisor.
• Record all related work for traceability using scanning systems or standard docs.
• Ensure proper record processing and certification verification to support ISO QMS.

Responsible for analyzing gas and liquid samples to meet customer specifications while ensuring all work complies with safety requirements and ISO quality standards. This role involves performing calibrations, maintaining detailed traceability through documentation, supporting ad-hoc analytical services, and actively participating in safety programs and continuous improvement projects.

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

• To analyse gas/liquid samples independently according to written procedures and meeting customer specifications
• To perform the calibration and work safely in accordance to safety requirements and report any near misses
• To support off site or adhoc analytical service when required.
• To participate in any safety/quality committee/program, CERT team, 5s or any committee as instructed by supervisor
• To record all related work as per requirement either through use of scanning system or standard documentations for traceability
• To ensure product non compliance reporting, proper record processing, verification of incoming and outgoing certification to support and upholding quality management system in accordance to ISO standards
• To involve and assist in efficiency and process continuous improvement projects.

Are you a MATCH?

• Possess a Diploma or ITE certification in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience operating and maintaining analytical instrumentation.
• Strong foundational knowledge of quality management systems and standards.
