Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 1–2 years of procurement/administration experience.
• Experience with procurement processes, purchasing, vendor coordination, or financial tracking is advantageous.
• Experience in research administration, grant management, or project coordination is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support for the lab's programmes and projects, including procurement, purchasing, and payment processes.
• Track financial and procurement activities related to research grants, monitor expenditures, and support reporting.
• Coordinate with internal offices, suppliers, and external vendors to obtain quotations, process orders, and resolve procurement issues.
• Maintain procurement, financial, inventory, and project records with up-to-date documentation.
• Assist with day-to-day lab management, including inventory monitoring and timely procurement of consumables and equipment.
• Support preparation of laboratory materials and routine operations, including reagents and autoclaving coordination.
