• Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support for the laboratory's programmes and projects.
• Coordinate end-to-end procurement, purchasing, and payment processes.
• Manage financial and procurement activities, monitor expenditures, and support grant claims.
• Coordinate with administrative offices, suppliers, and external vendors to obtain quotations and process orders.
• Maintain procurement, financial, inventory, and project records ensuring completeness and accuracy.
• Assist with day-to-day laboratory management and procurement of consumables and equipment.
