Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a Laboratory Support Associate to provide operational support ensuring compliant, efficient lab functions. The role covers equipment maintenance, inventory management, sample and reagent tracking, and general support activities in a bioanalytical setting.

You will assist with reagent preparation, manage storage, and help with accessioning and distribution. A diploma or bachelor’s in Life Sciences or related field is required, and prior lab operations experience

Qualifications

Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Biology, Chemistry, Laboratory Technology, or a related field.
Experience in a laboratory support, laboratory operations, or laboratory technician role is preferred.
Experience working in a regulated laboratory environment (GLP, GCP, GMP, or equivalent) is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Maintain laboratory equipment records and coordinate routine maintenance, calibration and verification activities.
Manage procurement, receipt, storage, tracking, and distribution of laboratory supplies, consumables, critical reagents, standards, and matrix.
Prepare reagents, buffers, and other laboratory solutions following approved procedures.
Support sample, matrix, and reagent accessioning, tracking, storage, and distribution.
Maintain freezers, refrigerators, and laboratory storage areas to ensure proper organization and compliance.
