Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd invites applications for a Lab Operations Associate, Contract (Bioanalytical Laboratory) based in the West Area. The role provides operational support to ensure efficient and compliant lab functions, including equipment maintenance, inventory control, and sample tracking.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Bachelor's in Life Sciences or related field and has prior laboratory support experience in regulated environments (GLP/GCP/GMP).

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelors degree in Life Sciences or related field.
• Experience in laboratory support or operations preferred.
• Experience in regulated laboratory environments (GLP, GCP, GMP) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain laboratory equipment records and coordinate maintenance, calibration and verification activities.
• Manage procurement, receipt, storage, tracking, and distribution of laboratory supplies, consumables, reagents, standards, and matrix.
• Prepare reagents, buffers, and other laboratory solutions following approved procedures.
• Support sample, matrix, and reagent accessioning, tracking, storage, and distribution.
• Maintain freezers, refrigerators, and laboratory storage areas to ensure proper organization and compliance.
