Job summary

Prestige Biopharma Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Lab Assistant to perform general lab maintenance, sample preparation, and routine data support. The role involves pipetting, handling general consumables, and ensuring proper disposal of biological waste.

You will assist in buffer preparation, aliquoting, and preparing reagents, while maintaining lab equipment such as CO2 incubators and vacuum aspirators. Weekend duties may be required to support facility checks.

Responsibilities

• Assist In general labmaintenance.
• Pipette/small equipment /Internalcalibration/verification
• Pipette tips filling andtopping up of all general consumables in lab
• Disposal of used assay platesand biological waste (autoclaving)
• Cleaning of vacuum aspirators
• Maintenance of CO2 incubator
• Perform weekend duties asrequired (facility check)
• Maintain Inventory such asgeneral consumables, deep freezer Inventory, serum sample inventory, drug usageetc
• Participate to essaydevelopment for both ligand binding assay (ELISA or automated LBA) and cell basedassay.
• Tube labelling
• Preparation of buffers and reagents
• Aliquoting of reagents,samples, etc
• Assist in data analysis and datacompilation
• Assist in study data Preparation,documentation, printing and filling
