Job summary

Qualifications

• Min. diploma / Higher NITEC / ITE or related qualification.
• Inventory, purchasing, billing or logistics experience preferred.
• Min. 2 years of experience in a cGMP or ISO 17025 regulated laboratory advantageous.
• Meticulous, proactive and able to work independently.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Support laboratory operations including sample, raw material and inventory management.
• Handle purchasing, billing and laboratory expenditure tracking.
• Monitor inventory levels, stock accuracy and sample discrepancies.
• Coordinate sample management and resolve discrepancies with clients.
• Support vendor and supplier coordination; maintain accurate laboratory records and documentation.
• Support SOP updates, digitisation and process improvement initiatives.
• Assist with investigations, root cause analysis and internal / external audits.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, ISO/IEC 17025, PIC/S and data integrity requirements.
