Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a candidate to manage laboratory inventory, samples and records. You will track stock levels, support purchasing and vendor coordination, and prepare expenditure reports.

The role requires a Diploma or Higher NITEC, experience in inventory or lab operations, and strong documentation and analytical skills. cGMP/ISO 17025 experience is advantageous; 5-day work week and office hours are expected.

Qualifications

• Min. Higher NITEC / Diploma in any relevant field.
• Experience in inventory, purchasing, billing, logistics or lab operations preferred.
• cGMP / ISO 17025 laboratory experience advantageous.
• Strong documentation, coordination and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage laboratory inventory, samples and operational records.
• Track inventory accuracy, stock levels and sample discrepancies.
• Support purchasing, billing and vendor coordination.
• Prepare reports and monitor laboratory expenditure.
• Maintain SOPs, documentation and data integrity requirements.
• Support audits, investigations and process improvement projects.
• Assist with laboratory digitalisation and inventory system initiatives.
