Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent qualification required.
• Experience in inventory, purchasing, billing or logistics preferred.
• At least 2 years in a cGMP or ISO 17025 laboratory advantageous.
• Meticulous, proactive and able to work independently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team player comfortable with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Support laboratory operations including sample, raw material and inventory management.
• Handle purchasing, billing and laboratory expenditure tracking.
• Monitor inventory levels, stock accuracy and sample discrepancies.
• Coordinate sample management and resolve discrepancies with clients.
• Support vendor and supplier coordination.
• Maintain accurate laboratory records and documentation.
• Support SOP updates, digitisation and process improvement initiatives.
• Assist with investigations, root cause analysis and audits.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, ISO 17025, PIC/S and data integrity requirements.
