Job summary

Zensar is seeking a skilled L2 Support Engineer to join our Singapore team. You will provide second-line networking support for enterprise environments, diagnosing incidents, performing changes, and ensuring robust LAN/WAN operations across multiple sites.

The role requires hands-on experience with routing, switching, wireless, and security platforms, along with strong communication and collaboration with vendors and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 6 to 10 years of experience in enterprise networking.
• Provide L2 support for enterprise network incidents, requests, and changes.
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN environments.
• Manage routing and switching infrastructure across multiple sites.

• Work with vendors and internal teams to resolve complex network issues.

Responsibilities

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with:
• Routing (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP)
• Switching (VLANs, STP, EtherChannel, VxLAN preferred)
• Wireless (Cisco, Aruba, Meraki)
• Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, NAT, VPN, and QoS.
• Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
• Knowledge of network security best practices.
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.

Preferred Certifications

• CCNA / CCNP
• PCNSA / PCNSE
• Aruba ACMP
• Fortinet NSE

Nice to Have

• Exposure to SD-WAN
• Network Automation (Python, Ansible)
• NAC solutions (Cisco ISE, ClearPass)
