Job summary

Lumilens is seeking a seasoned Network Engineer to design, manage, and secure a global multi-site network spanning India, Thailand, Singapore, and the US. The role emphasizes deep networking expertise, cloud integration, and collaboration with globally distributed teams across IT, HR, Finance and Operations.

The ideal candidate will design and maintain LAN/WAN/SD-WAN, manage VPN tunnels, and lead SASE/SD-WAN deployments while implementing Zero Trust and secure internet access.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/ECE or related field.
• 8–10 years of enterprise network engineering experience.
• Multi-site, multi-country network management experience.
• CCNP / Fortinet NSE4+ / CompTIA Network+ or Security+ preferred.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Experience presenting proposals to senior management.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain LAN/WAN/SD-WAN across global sites.
• Manage site-to-site VPN tunnels across four regions.
• Lead SASE/SD-WAN deployments.
• Architect NAT gateway and Linux jump host solutions for secure internet access.
• Configure enterprise firewalls, switches, routers and Wi‑Fi.
• Administer DNS, DHCP, IPAM and network monitoring tools.
• Implement Zero Trust and network segmentation with ACLs.
• Support hybrid cloud connectivity (Azure, M365, Entra ID).
• Manage SSO integrations and identity-aware network access (SAML/OIDC).
• Evaluate RFQs with technical and cost-benefit analysis.
• Document architecture, runbooks and change records.
• Collaborate with global IT, HR, Finance and Operations teams.

KEYRESPONSIBILITIES

• Design &maintain LAN/WAN/SD-WAN across all global sites
• Managesite-to-site VPN tunnels across all 4 regions
• Lead SASE/SD-WANPOC & deployment
• Architect NATGateway & Linux jump host solutions for secure internet access
• Configure andmanage enterprise firewalls, switches, routers & Wi-Fi
• Administer DNS,DHCP, IPAM and network monitoring tools
• Implement ZeroTrust, network segmentation & ACL policies
• Support hybridcloud connectivity (Azure / M365 / Entra ID)

• Firewalls: FortiGate, Palo Alto, pfSense - policy management & threatmitigation
• VPN: IPSec, SSL-VPN, site-to-site & remote access tunnels
• SD-WAN / SASE: Cato Networks, Meraki, Fortinet or equivalent
• Wireless: Enterprise Wi-Fi - controller-based & cloud-managed APs
• Cloud Networking: Azure VNet, ExpressRoute, hybrid connectivity
• Microsoft 365: Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Entra ID network integration
• Linux Networking: NAT, iptables, routing, jump host administration
• Monitoring: PRTG, SolarWinds, Zabbix, or Grafana
• Scripting: Python / Bash / PowerShell for automation & diagnostics

QUALIFICATIONS
