• Enriches children’s learning by co-designing and implementing developmentally and culturally appropriate curricula and programmes.
• Effectively integrate innovative teaching and learning practices.
• Proactive and intentional in strengthening partnerships with families and community.
• Co-design collaborative efforts with colleagues and stakeholders.
• Guides junior educators in enhancing their professional practices.
• Provides suggestions and ideas to improve professional development in the Centre.
• Contribute to Centre’s culture of collaboration and collegiality.
• Perform any other duties as required
