• Resolve issues related to IT threats and vulnerabilities.

Working Hours

8pm - 8am or 8am - 8pm (12‑hour rotating shift)

Job Responsibilities

• Provide 24 x 7 support for the data centre running on 12‑hour shifts
• Maintain systems and controls to protect against unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, and deletion of information via resources and computer networks
• Support logs, categorize, prioritize, track, and route incidents reported by users or alarms raised by monitoring tools
• Interact directly with business technical specialists to guide on authentication, authorization, and encryption solutions
• Investigate known and suspected information security events and develop related reports
• Conduct hardware and software security alerts as available
• Resolve issues by responding to IT threats and vulnerabilities
• Conduct routine security risk analysis, evaluate business needs against collision, vulnerabilities, and resulting risks
• Implement change requests and service requests, and perform patching on security equipment

Requirements

• Minimum a diploma in Computer Science, Electronics, IT or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in IT infrastructure operation
