Job summary

Quesscorp Singapore Pte Ltd seeks an IT Production Support Analyst to provide 24x7 support for Core Banking applications in Singapore. You will coordinate infrastructure maintenance, manage releases, and liaise with vendors, security, and change teams to ensure smooth operations.

The role requires 1–3 years in IT production support, familiarity with monitoring tools, and strong communication under pressure in a banking context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in IT production support, preferably in banking or financial services.
• Basic understanding of core banking and banking operations is highly desirable. Prior experience with Sunline Core Banking would be a strong case for candidates.
• Familiarity with ticketing tools and monitoring tools like Prometheus, Elasticsearch ang Graphana.
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively across teams.
• Knowledge incident management processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24x7 support on Core Banking applications.
• Coordinate and support infrastructure maintenance activities.

• Manage Production issues by responding in a timely manner per SLA with the Business.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide 24x7 support on Core Banking applications.
2. To coordinate and support infrastructure maintenance activities
3. To manage implementations of new application releases; adhering to the best practices of the release management process.
4. To work with various partners such as Peer Application Teams, Infrastructure, Vendors,
5. Security and Change teams, to provide seamless support for the business.
6. Managing Production issues by responding in a timely manner in accordance to the Service Level Agreement with the Business.
7. To enhance existing support process to maintain/improve service level & quality.

Shift Timing

1. Morning shift 6am to 3pm
2. General shift 9am to 6pm.
3. Afternoon shift 2pm to 11pm
4. Night shift 10pm to 7am.

Need to support including night shift, weekends and public holidays
