Job summary

UNIZEN TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Production Support Analyst to manage batch processing, monitor Kibana-Elasticsearch dashboards, and report incidents.

You will work with SQL and basic Java and Linux tasks, with shift coverage including mornings, evenings, nights, weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of IT production support experience, preferably in banking or financial services.
• Batch processing experience is a must.

Responsibilities

• Monitor batch processing and Kibana/Elasticsearch based dashboards.
• Handle incident reporting and triage.
• Support SQL queries and basic Java/Linux tasks.

Shift Timing

Morning shift 6am to 3pm

General shift 9am to 6pm.

Afternoon shift 2pm to 11pm

Night shift 10pm to 7am.

Need to support including night shift, weekends and public holidays
