Job summary

INNOVATIQ TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. is seeking an L1 Network Ops Engineer to support day-to-day monitoring, maintenance, and operational management of enterprise network infrastructure in Singapore.

You will help maintain network availability and assist with incident and change activities across customer environments. The role requires hands-on exposure to Aruba and Cisco networking, Check Point firewalls, and load balancer technologies.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience in network operations, NOC, or infrastructure support environments.
• Hands-on exposure to Aruba and/or Cisco networking technologies.
• Working knowledge of Check Point firewalls.
• Exposure to load balancer technologies such as A10, F5, or NetScaler is advantageous.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Experience supporting enterprise production environments.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA, ACSA, CCSA, or ITIL Foundation are advantageous.
