Responsibilities:

• Perform basic configuration of switches and routers.
• Set up and troubleshoot VLANs and port security.
• Assist in diagnosing connectivity issues for laptops, desktops, and servers.
• Trace physical network connections and identify switch ports.
• Support network monitoring and incident escalation processes.
• Work with senior engineers on routine maintenance and upgrades.
• Document configurations, changes, and troubleshooting steps.

Requirements:

• Diploma or higher in Networking, Information Technology, or related field.
• Min 1 year experience.
• CCNA certification preferred.
• Basic understanding of switching and routing concepts.
• Familiarity with VLAN configuration, spanning tree protocol, and port security.
• Ability to perform basic troubleshooting for connectivity issues.
• Have exposure to OSPF and BGP routing protocols.
