Job summary

FIRSTCOM ENGINEERING PTE LTD is seeking a Maintenance Technician to monitor equipment, perform basic servicing and troubleshooting, and support escalations to higher engineering levels. The role requires 0–2 years of relevant experience and a Nitec in Engineering or equivalent, with a focus on safety and accurate documentation.

You will follow PM schedules, use basic diagnostic tools, and log work orders in our maintenance system, while adhering to HSE protocols and LOTO procedures.

Qualifications

• Nitec in Engineering is required.
• 0–2 years of experience in maintenance or related roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; good communication and safety mindset.

Responsibilities

• Respond to alarms and perform initial diagnostics.
• Execute PM schedules per SOPs.
• Perform basic servicing tasks: lubrication, cleaning, replace consumables.
• Troubleshoot and repair components; perform basic replacements.
• Document work orders and times; follow HSE and LOTO procedures.
