Job summary

Willowglen Services Pte Ltd is seeking a motivated Assistant Engineer to support both project and maintenance activities. You will assist in system installation, configuration, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and documentation, working closely with internal teams, customers, and contractors to ensure tasks are completed safely and to required standards.

The role requires a Diploma or Higher/Nitec in Electrical & Electronics, Instrumentation Control, IT, or related disciplines, with 2–3

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher/Nitec in electrical/electronics or related disciplines is required.
• Hands-on experience with project and maintenance tasks is expected.
• Ability to assist in system installation, testing and commissioning.
• Familiarity with documenting technical work and drawings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support project and maintenance works for installed systems and infrastructure.
• Assist in system design coordination, installation, configuration, testing and commissioning.
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting and urgent fault response.
• Support site activities including supervision/coordination with contractors and vendors.
• Assist in preparing and updating technical documents such as drawings and reports.
• Maintain proper filing of documentation in accordance with ISO requirements.
• Monitor spare parts usage and assist in replenishment when stock runs low.
• Ensure compliance with safety requirements and company procedures during site works.

Key Responsibilities

• Support project and maintenance works for installed systems and infrastructure.
• Assist in system design coordination, installation, configuration, testing, and commissioning activities.

Requirements

• Minimally Nitec / Higher Nitec / Diploma in Electrical & Electronics, Instrumentation Control, IT, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant hands‑on working experience.
• Willing to work onsite/outdoor and support standby or overtime when required.
• Class 2/3 or Class 3/3A driving licence (where applicable).
