Job summary

IDC Technologies (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. is seeking an IT Production Support professional to join our banking/financial services client team. You will handle batch processing, monitor systems, report incidents, and perform SQL-based queries in a Unix/Linux environment.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in IT production support, strong Java/J2EE knowledge, and experience with JBOSS, Kibana/Elasticsearch, and MQ setup. You will collaborate with a skilled team to ensure reliable service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in IT production support, preferably in banking or financial services
• Knowledge of batch jobs, JBOSS, MariaDB, SQL, Shell
• Experience in Java/J2EE and Unix/Linux

Job description

3+ years of experience in IT production support, preferably in banking or financial services

Batch processing, monitoring (Kibana - Elasticsearch based), Incident reporting, SQL, & basics of Java & Linux

Good Knowledge of Java, Unix/Linux, SQL

Experience in Unix commands , SQL queries

Experience in programming languages such as JAVA/J2EE.

Knowledge of web applications, batch jobs, JBOSS, MariaDB, SQL, Shell

Knowledge of Job scheduling, MQ setup

Dynamic individual with thirst to learn
