Job summary

PwC is seeking a Learning & Development Technology Intern to support digitalisation and automation within the L&D function. You will help embed GenAI tools, coordinate programmes, manage data, and enhance the learning experience for employees.

Working in L&D Technology & Projects, you will assist with LMS, digital platforms, automation initiatives, and data analysis to drive efficient operations across the firm.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related disciplines.
• Strong interest in process automation and HR technology/digital transformation.
• Experience or coursework in Power Automate development.
• Basic familiarity with Power BI, Power Apps, SharePoint or Teams.
• Basic coding knowledge in JavaScript or HTML.

Responsibilities

• Support GenAI and automation initiatives in Learning & Development.
• Assist in implementing and optimising L&D technology solutions.
• Prepare and analyse training-related data and reports.
• Document workflows and troubleshoot L&D tech issues.
• Provide ad hoc support to L&D projects and initiatives.
