Job summary

TutorJohn Learning Centre invites applications for a Systems, IT & AI Automation Intern to work on digitalising day-to-day operations. This hands-on project-based role focuses on reducing repetitive tasks through automation and better systems across student records, attendance, scheduling, payments and inquiries.

You will explore AI tools and automation platforms, connect tools to reduce data entry, and create dashboards or internal tools.

Qualifications

Must be a student in IT/IS/CS/Business Analytics/AI/Software Development or related fields.
Hands-on, project-based internship with real operational problems.
Willing to research and experiment with different tech solutions.
Able to work independently and communicate progress clearly.
Experience with Python, APIs or automation tools is advantageous but not required.

Responsibilities

Study existing operational processes to identify manual tasks.
Automate administrative workflows to reduce manpower.
Improve systems for student records, attendance, scheduling, payments, and inquiries.
Explore AI tools and automation platforms to boost productivity.
Create dashboards, databases or internal tools where useful.
Document processes and draft SOPs for maintenance post-implementation.
