Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of relevant L&D / instructional design experience.
• Strong programme/project management, analytical and communication skills.
• Experience in learning needs analysis and evaluation.
• Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, meticulous, adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for innovation, learning and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop online, blended and classroom learning programmes.
• Conduct learning needs analysis and develop training materials.
• Collaborate with SMEs and agency stakeholders.
• Evaluate programme effectiveness and learning outcomes.
• Manage end-to-end programme development, including timelines, budgets and stakeholders.
• Research emerging L&D trends and methodologies.
• Support consultancy projects in design thinking, process improvement and organisational transformation.
