The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Accounts Executive (AP) in Singapore.

The role involves handling incoming supplier invoices, posting entries, and performing monthly creditors reconciliations. The position requires an Accounting Diploma and offers a yearly contract with renewal in a day-to-day office setting. Hours are standard Monday to Friday, with potential for related tasks and cooperation with auditors during year-end closing.

Qualifications

• Accounting Diploma required.

Responsabilités

• Process incoming supplier invoices and input into system.
• Prepare accruals and input journal entries.
• Reconcile monthly creditors statements of account.
• Process outgoing payments (Giro/bank transfer).
• Manage petty cash float.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliation.
• Reconcile NEA invoices mid-month.
• Prepare monthly maintenance and vehicle reports.
• Monitor cash flows.
• Coordinate with auditors for interim and year-end closing.
• Data entry of job cards and dumping chits.
• Assist with ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.

Job Description

• Incoming supplier invoices, input to Acctron System
• Accrual listing and input journal entries
• Monthly creditors SOA reconciliation
• Outgoing payment (Giro/bank transfer)
• Manage petty cash float
• Monthly bank reconciliation
• Half monthly NEA invoice reconciliation
• Monthly repair & maintenance report of vehicles and compactors
• Tracking of cashflows
• Liaise with auditors for interim and year end closing
• Data entry of job cards, sorting and photocopy of dumping chits
• Any other adhoc duties assign by the superior
