Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Accounts Executive (AP) to join their team at Tuas South.

The role offers a yearly renewable contract and a salary range of 2,800 to 3,400 SGD per month, depending on experience. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with transport pickup at Tuas West Road MRT Station. Responsibilities include processing supplier invoices, journal entries, reconciliations, cashflow tracking, and assisting with year-end closing and audits.

Qualifications

• Accounting diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Incoming supplier invoices, input to Acctron System.
• Accrual listing and input journal entries.
• Monthly creditors SOA reconciliation.
• Outgoing payment (Giro/bank transfer).
• Manage petty cash float.
• Monthly bank reconciliation.
• Half monthly NEA invoice reconciliation.
• Monthly repair & maintenance report of vehicles and compactors.
• Tracking of cashflows.
• Liaise with auditors for interim and year end closing.
• Data entry of job cards, sorting and photocopy of dumping chits.
• Any other adhoc duties assign by the superior.
