Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. in Tuas is hiring an Accounts Executive (AP) for a full-time, yearly contract (renewable).

Working Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with transport pickup at Tuas West Road MRT. The salary range is SGD 2,800 to SGD 3,400, depending on experience. You will process supplier invoices into the Acctron system, prepare accruals and journal entries, reconcile creditors statements, manage payments, petty cash, and bank reconciliations, and assist auditors during

• Accounting diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming supplier invoices and input into the Acctron system.
• Prepare accrual listings and post journal entries.
• Reconcile monthly creditors statements of accounts.
• Process outgoing payments via Giro/bank transfer.
• Manage petty cash and monthly bank reconciliations.
• Assist auditors during interim and year-end closing.

Job Description

• Incoming supplier invoices, input to Acctron System
• Accrual listing and input journal entries
• Monthly creditors SOA reconciliation
• Outgoing payment (Giro/bank transfer)
• Manage petty cash float
• Monthly bank reconciliation
• Half monthly NEA invoice reconciliation
• Monthly repair & maintenance report of vehicles and compactors
• Tracking of cashflows
• Liaise with auditors for interim and year end closing
• Data entry of job cards, sorting and photocopy of dumping chits
• Any other adhoc duties assign by the superior
