Job summary

re-zoo-me is seeking a customer‑facing Technical Support Engineer to deploy and troubleshoot Kubernetes clusters at customer sites in Singapore. You will handle production environments, perform upgrades, and act as the bridge between customers and engineering.

The role requires hands‑on Kubernetes experience, strong problem‑solving and communication skills, and the ability to work independently on site. Singapore citizens or PRs preferred; Chinese language skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on Kubernetes administration, cloud-native infrastructure, DevOps, or technical support roles.
• Experience deploying and maintaining Kubernetes clusters.
• Experience performing Kubernetes cluster upgrades and maintenance activities.
• Strong understanding of Kubernetes architecture: Control Plane, Nodes, Pods, Services, Ingress, Storage, Networking, RBAC.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and maintain Kubernetes clusters in customer environments.
• Perform cluster upgrades, patching, and lifecycle management.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve Kubernetes control plane and node issues.
• Troubleshoot Pod, Node, Networking, Ingress, and storage related issues.
• Provide on-site technical support, demos, and POCs for customers.
• Collaborate with Sales, Pre-Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to meet customer requirements.
