Job summary

ALPHAEUS PTE. LTD. is seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Executive to support recruitment delivery across technology and project-based accounts. The role is suitable for fresh graduates or junior recruiters aiming to gain hands-on sourcing, screening, interview coordination and onboarding experience.

You will work closely with senior team members, handle multiple vacancies, and receive training and guidance to develop practical TA skills in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and take guidance.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals and other recruitment channels.
• Review applications and conduct initial candidate screening.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Assist with onboarding arrangements and documentation.
• Maintain accurate candidate and vacancy records in the recruitment system.
