Job summary

The Monetary Authority of Singapore is seeking a Knowledge Management Officer to help migrate information to Whole-of-Government platforms and enhance knowledge sharing across the organisation.

You will collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to improve how knowledge is organised, accessible and reused, and support adoption of new KM tools and practices in a fast-paced government environment.

Qualifications

• Qualifications in knowledge management or related discipline.
• Experience in knowledge management or content management.
• Experience supporting projects with knowledge sharing and user adoption.
• Familiarity with collaboration platforms like Microsoft 365/SharePoint preferred.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication.
• Analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Migrate information to Whole-of-Government platforms.
• Guide departments on usage, governance, setup and management of collaboration sites.
• Develop and implement KM initiatives to improve capture and reuse of knowledge.
• Review and improve KM processes and practices.
• Assist in knowledge capture and information organization.
• Support communications, training and user engagement for KM tools.
• Gather feedback to improve KM initiatives.
