Job summary

NCSS is seeking a knowledgeable and proactive professional to lead Knowledge Management and Records Management efforts, strengthening organisational memory and learning. You will oversee ERMS and the Oral History Programme, collaborating with divisions to promote digital platforms, storytelling, and communities of practice to support continuity and sector development.

Your role spans policy alignment, metadata management, digitisation, and improving accessibility of corporate knowledge for staff

Qualifications

• Experience or interest in knowledge management, records governance and digital transformation.
• Familiarity with government records management policies is an asset.
• Ability to work across policy, operations and technology domains.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Records Management lifecycle for electronic and physical records.
• Manage Knowledge Management repositories and intranet resources.
• Support digitisation projects and improve searchability of corporate knowledge.
• Advise staff on records management policies and procedures.
• Lead Oral History Programme to capture organisational knowledge.
