Job summary

GLOBAL HIRE SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. is seeking a kitchen cook to prepare ingredients, follow recipes, and handle hot dish preparation. You will ensure sanitation, proper labeling, and help with menu development in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires experience in high-volume kitchens, knowledge of HACCP standards, and willingness to work in shifts to support daily operations and special menus.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume kitchen operations.

• Willing to work in shifts and assist in menu development.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients by following recipes and mix ingredients.
• Cook hot dishes by grilling, sautéing, roasting, frying, and broiling.
• Maintain sanitation, temperature logs, dating and labeling of items.
• Assist in developing new menu items and manage kitchen costs.
• Supervise a team to keep kitchen and service areas clean and tidy.
