Job summary

MAN LIN F&B PTE. LTD. is seeking a kitchen operations candidate to handle daily operations, cashiering, and food preparation. You will maintain hygiene, manage inventory, liaise with vendors, and supervise staff to ensure smooth service.

Ideal applicants have at least 1 year in foodservice, can follow recipes, and demonstrate leadership and teamwork. A willingness to work six days a week and public holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• Have at least 1 year of experience in the foodservice sector.
• Have prior experience in mass ordering.
• Able to follow recipes to create food as instructed.
• Excellent leadership and decision-making skills.
• Team player.
• Able to work long hours, 6 days a week, and on holidays.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily operation.
• Cashiering Duties
• Prepare and cook menu items.
• Wash and maintain the good condition of kitchen equipment
• Inspect and ensure kitchen area is clean and meet hygiene standards
• Manage inventory
• Liaise with vendor
• Overall in-charge of staff and operation.
• Ensure adequate service is provided to the consumer
