• 2+ years relevant experience in KTV/Restaurant Service/Retail or equivalent.
• Certificate in Food & Beverage service.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Able to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the facility.
• Schedule preparation, pre-planning and resource forecasting for activities.
• Monitor food management on-site to prevent waste and ensure proper storage.
• Foster positive communications with team, management, vendors and clients.
• Maintain site safety and security; implement SOPs and policies.
• Handle emergencies per established procedures; prepare accident reports.
