Job summary

TianTianHainaneseChickenRice, a globally recognized Singapore heritage brand, is opening its first premium shopping and lifestyle destination. We are hiring multiple team members to support the opening of our new flagship outlet, involving food preparation, kitchen operations, and cooking activities.

Training will be provided, and you will be part of a structured and supportive team environment. The role requires a minimum of 2 years in F&B, with a fast-paced work setting, and shift schedules

Qualifications

• Min 2 years of previous experience in F&B roles.

Responsibilities

• Assist chefs and kitchen staffs with food preparation tasks, such as chopping vegetables, marinating meats, and preparing ingredients.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen by washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
• Ensure kitchen areas are cleaned and sanitized according to food safety standards.
• Stock and organize food supplies and ingredients in the kitchen.
• Assist in the proper storage of food and ingredients, ensuring compliance with food safety guidelines.
• Handle and dispose of kitchen waste responsibly.
• Help in basic cooking and food assembly as instructed by the chef.
• Support in the setup and breakdown of kitchen stations during service.
• Ensure that kitchen tools and equipment are in good working condition and report any malfunctions.
• Assist with other kitchen duties as needed to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
