Job summary

Tian Tian Hainanese Chicken Rice is expanding to open its first premium flagship outlet in Singapore. We are hiring multiple team members to support the opening, involved in food preparation, kitchen operations, cooking and chopping chickens.

Training will be provided, and you will be part of a structured, supportive team environment. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of experience in F&B, hold a WSQ Food Safety Level 1, and can thrive in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Valid Food Hygiene Certificate (WSQ Food Safety Course Level 1).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in F&B roles.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable standing for long periods in a kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Work in the kitchen assisting chefs with cooking and food prep, marinating meats.
• Support cleanliness, organisation, dishwashing and utensil handling.
• Properly store ingredients, label items and rotate stock (FIFO) per safety guidelines.
• Handle and dispose of kitchen waste appropriately.
• Collaborate with all kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist with other kitchen duties as needed to maintain efficiency.
