Job summary

Tian Tian Hainanese Chicken Rice is seeking a competent Restaurant Server to deliver orders and assist guests in the dining area. You will be the face of the restaurant, ensuring a clean, organized table setup, guiding guests through the QR code menu, and providing friendly, efficient service.

The role requires a positive attitude, good communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Valid Food Hygiene Certificate (WSQ Food Safety Course Level 1).
• Min 2 years of F&B experience.
• Ability to work shifts, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare tables with sanitation and cutleries.
• Greet customers upon seating at their table.
• Assist customers with QR code ordering and ensure food is served correctly.
• Answer questions or make recommendations for promotions/food products.
• Collaborate with team to provide attentive service to diners.
• Maintain cleanliness of service station, dishes, and dining area.
• Address customer service issues promptly with management when needed.
