Job summary

Tian Tian Hainanese Chicken Rice is hiring for its new flagship outlet in Singapore. You will assist in basic ingredients prep, support kitchen pass area, and maintain cleanliness while adhering to health and safety guidelines. Training provided for certification, with competitive AWS, transport allowance, staff meals, and uniform support.

Qualifications

• Food safety certification Level 1 (training provided)
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable team player with a positive attitude
• Able to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation of basic ingredients for dishes using food processors, frying, blanching, etc.
• Assist the chef and kitchen team to ensure the pass area is clean and restock kitchen line supplies
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in work areas following health and safety guidelines
• Wash, sanitize, and organize kitchen utensils, equipment, and workstations
• Properly store ingredients, label dated items and assist with stock rotation (FIFO)
• Handle and dispose of kitchen waste appropriately
• Work collaboratively and respectfully with all staff
