Tung Lok Catering in Singapore is seeking a skilled kitchen prep cook to support chefs during service hours. You will prepare and cut meats, seafood, vegetables and other ingredients, ensuring consistency in size and presentation.

Applicants should have relevant experience, knife skills, knowledge of food safety and sanitation, and the stamina to stand long hours. The role requires weekend and public holiday shifts and a collaborative, detail-oriented team player attitude.

Competenze

• Relevant kitchen experience is required.
• Excellent knife skills and various cutting techniques.
• Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety and sanitation.
• Able to perform split shifts, and work weekends and public holidays.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Team player with positive attitude and good communication.
