MYT F&B HOLDINGS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Kitchen Helper to support the kitchen team with ingredient preparation, stock management, and meal assembly while ensuring food safety compliance.

No prior experience is required, and comprehensive training will be provided. The role suits individuals who are physically fit, able to stand for long periods, and available for weekend and shift work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients by washing, peeling, cutting, and portioning food to support in meal preparation
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen areas, workstations, utensils, and equipment to meet food safety standards
• Wash dishes, kitchen tools, and cooking equipment promptly to ensure availability during service
• Store food and ingredients properly following food safety guidelines to preserve quality and prevent contamination
• Receive, check, and organize stock deliveries to maintain accurate inventory and kitchen readiness
• Replenish kitchen supplies and alert supervisors when stock levels are low to avoid shortages
• Dispose of waste responsibly and keep the kitchen environment clean and organized for safety and efficiency
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety regulations consistently to ensure a safe working environment
• Support the kitchen team during meal preparation and service to maintain smooth operations
• Perform other duties assigned by the team leader as needed to assist kitchen functions
