Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the food manufacturing kitchen, including production, packing, and dispatch.
• Plan and coordinate production schedules based on orders.
• Supervise kitchen staff and production workers to ensure efficiency.
• Monitor quality, portion control, and production standards.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety.
• Manage inventory and control costs to minimise wastage.
• Coordinate with suppliers and logistics for timely procurement.
• Maintain SOPs for production, cleaning, storage, and handling.
• Prepare operational reports and management updates.
• Address customer feedback and production issues professionally.
