LE XIN CATERING PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a kitchen staff member to support daily operations in a busy catering facility. You will assist in food preparation, ensure quality and safety, and help manage orders and inventory.

The role requires a food hygiene license, prior restaurant or central kitchen experience is preferred, and a readiness to work weekends and holidays. Strong teamwork and communication are essential to deliver consistent meals to clients.

Formación

• Food hygiene license is required.
• Previous experience in a restaurant/central kitchen preferred.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Knowledge of food safety procedures preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Order materials, suppliers, and ingredients based on demand.
• Supervise kitchen employee and organize food orders.
• Oversee the food preparation and cooking process.
• Ensures quality and presentation of every meal served to clients.
• Maintains cleanliness in the kitchen work area, food preparation area, refrigerator, walk-in, freezer and pantry.
