Job summary

SHOKUAI PTE. LTD. is hiring for a part-time kitchen role at Hougang Mall in Singapore. You will support daily food preparation, assist with cooking, and ensure quality and hygiene standards are met while handling cashier duties and stock rotation.

The position requires basic cooking experience, ability to follow recipes, and willingness to work weekends/public holidays, including closing shifts. WSQ FSC Level 1 certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen or F&B experience is preferred.
• Candidates with basic cooking experience will have an advantage
• Able to follow recipes, instructions and kitchen procedures
• Passion to join us as we spread the joy of food via Onigiris
• Possesses WSQ Food Safety Course (FSC) Level 1 certification
• Able to work full day shifts including closing shift
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays
• Able to adhere to operating procedures and instructions
• Able to handle stress in a fast paced environment

Responsibilities

• Support daily food preparation and general kitchen operations.

• Support the receiving, proper storage and stock rotation of ingredients and supplies.

• Handling of cashier duties.
• Perform other kitchen-related duties as required.

Perm PT: $1500 - $1850/month (24h - 30h weekly)

PT: $13.5 - $18/h
