Job summary

Nextbeat Singapore Pte. Ltd. is hiring for a kitchen crew member to join our busy restaurant. You will help prepare for opening and closing, handle order prep according to SOPs, and maintain a clean, safe kitchen while adhering to health regulations.

Operate stations like deep fryer, water boiler and induction, monitor inventory, and order supplies to prevent shortages. Training will be provided; friendly, energetic candidates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

O Levels and above.
Passionate about providing exceptional service and making every guest feel like family.
Positive and energetic individual who thrives in a collaborative environment.
Flexible multitasker who's always ready to pitch in where needed.
F&B experience is a plus but training will be provided to enthusiastic individuals.
Food Hygiene Certificate is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

Prepare the restaurant for opening and closing
Sort out and prepare orders based on kitchen SOPs
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen workspace, adhering to strict health and safety regulations
Operate different cooking stations: deep fryer, water boiler, induction cooking station
Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, and place orders as needed to avoid shortages
