Job summary

Paperbakes in Singapore is seeking a Kitchen Assistant to support back-of-house operations, food assembly and stock handling. Training will be provided, no prior experience required, and you will learn SOPs to ensure efficient service.

You will assist with food preparation, packing, stock checks, and maintaining hygiene while following FIFO guidelines. Eligible staff enjoy meals and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Willing to learn and follow SOP.
• Responsible, punctual, and a good team player.
• Able to maintain good hygiene and cleanliness.
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily back-of-house kitchen operations.
• Support food preparation, food assembly, and packing according to Paperbakes SOP.
• Prepare and top up ingredients for service.
• Check stock levels and place simple stock orders when required.
• Receive, store, and organize kitchen stock properly. Follow food safety, storage, labelling, and FIFO guidelines.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Support opening, mid-shift, and closing duties.
• Communicate with FOH when items are low, unavailable, or ready for service.
• Learn different kitchen stations as part of training.

本岗位负责后厨的日常运作，包括食材处理与餐点组装、库存管理以及厨房清洁。

工作内容

• 协助后厨的日常运作。
• 按照 Paperbakes 标准作业流程（SOP）进行食材处理、餐点组装与打包。
• 提前备妥食材, 并及时补充营业所需的食材。
• 检查库存数量水平，并在需要时提交简单的补货订单。
• 妥善收货、储存并整理厨房库存。
• 遵守食品安全、储存、标签以及先进先出（FIFO）的作业规范。
• 保持厨房的清洁与并符合卫生标准。
• 协助开店、当班期间及收档各项工作。
• 及时通知前台同事，沟通食材不足，缺货，售完或已备妥好可出餐食材。
• 在培训过程中学习及熟悉厨房的不同工作岗位。

任职要求

• 无需相关工作经验，公司提供培训。
• 能适应快节奏的厨房工作环境。
• 乐于学习并遵守标准作业流程 (SOP)。
• 有责任心、守时，并具备团队合作精神。
