RDC RESTAURANT SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. (GATTEN SUSHI) is recruiting Kitchen Crew for full-time positions at ION Orchard, Singapore. The role supports daily kitchen operations by preparing ingredients, ensuring food quality, and maintaining hygiene standards.

The ideal candidate is reliable, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and willing to work rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays. Previous sushi restaurant experience is an advantage.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and food items according to recipes and operating procedures.
• Assist in food preparation and plating to ensure quality and presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, workstations, equipment, and utensils.
• Monitor food quality and ensure proper food handling and storage practices.
• Replenish ingredients and kitchen supplies as required.
• Work closely with the kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Carry out duties in accordance with the Company's policies, operating procedures, and food safety standards.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Restaurant Manager or Kitchen Supervisor.

Job Description

GATTEN SUSHI is looking for dedicated and responsible Kitchen Crew members to join our team. The successful candidate will support the daily kitchen operations by assisting with food preparation, maintaining food quality, and ensuring high standards of hygiene and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and food items according to the Company's recipes and operating procedures.
• Assist in food preparation and plating to ensure consistent quality and presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, workstations, equipment, and utensils.
• Monitor food quality and ensure proper food handling and storage practices.
• Replenish ingredients and kitchen supplies as required.
• Work closely with the kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
