Job summary

SUMMIT EMPIRE PTE. LTD. is seeking a kitchen assistant to support daily operations in a fast-paced kitchen. You will prepare ingredients, maintain cleanliness, and pack items efficiently while working collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

The role requires basic food hygiene certification and a hands-on approach to hygiene and accuracy in food preparation and packaging tasks.

Qualifications

• Prepares ingredients accurately per recipe requirements.
• Maintains hygiene by cleaning as you go and sweeping/mopping.
• Assist in kneading dough and precise measurement of ingredients.
• Packs items securely for storage and handling.
• Works with team to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
