Job summary

CapitaLand Investment Limited is seeking a motivated kitchen team member to support daily food preparation within our hospitality portfolio. You will prepare ingredients, weigh and mix according to recipes, wash produce, cook, and portion dishes for service while maintaining high hygiene and safety standards.

You will ensure proper storage, monitor waste, and support adherence to food safety policies. The role also involves collaborating with staff, following company procedures, and contributing

Qualifications

Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping and storing food.
Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients according to recipes or personal judgment.
Wash and peel fresh fruits and vegetables to prepare them for cooking or consumption.
Prepare and cook food according to recipes.

Responsibilities

Serve food in proper portions onto dishes, ensuring proper plate appearance.
Ensure proper portion, arrangement, and food garnish to be served to waiters or patrons, according to standards.
Ensure food storage areas are clean and compliant with safety policies.
Follow health and safety procedures and food safety guidelines.
